Contract | 8 Weeks (Extension Possible) | Rotating Days and Nights (3x12-Hour Shifts, 7:00–19:00 / 19:00–7:00) | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level 2 NICU setting, primarily serving infants 33 weeks gestational age and above
• Perform baby catches in the OR for C-section cases as needed
• Float to the Postpartum unit to provide newborn (baby care) support as required
• Accurately document all patient care activities using EPIC electronic health records
• Collaborate with the Women's Health service team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered New York State RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU nursing experience
• EPIC charting experience required
• Ability to float to Postpartum/baby care as needed
• Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a Women's Health or Mother-Baby service line in addition to NICU
• Comfort with OR environments and newborn resuscitation procedures
• First-time travel nurses are welcome to apply
