Salesforce Technical Lead
Virtual Vocations Inc
Leading a team of developers and collaborating with business stakeholders, the full-time Salesforce Technical Lead will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions while driving business transformation initiatives in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions and define solution architectures Lead Salesforce development efforts, including Apex coding, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party applications Mentor and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, ensuring adherence to best practices and project delivery standards Required Qualifications 8+ years of Salesforce implementation and development experience 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex and Lightning Web Components 3+ years of experience leading Salesforce development teams or technical projects Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration with systems like HubSpot and NetSuite Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments and strong stakeholder management skills
