Farmers Insurance the A. Martinez Insurance Agency in West Houston Texas is hiring an Insurance Customer Service Representatives to join our growing agency.

Qualifications for the Insurance Service Representative:

·        Must be bilingual. speak Spanish and English 

·        Experience or client-facing background a plus

·        Insurance experience is preferred, but not required

·        Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior

·        Must possess a genuine willingness to learn, intuitive, resourceful, and coachable

·        Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills

·        Must be confident, motivated, and determined

Responsibility for Insurance Representative:

·        Develop insurance quotes

·        Communication with our hot leads and clients

·        Establish client relationships and follow up with clients as needed.

·        Understand prospect’s needs and identify sales opportunities

·        Creating and maintaining a database of current and future clients

·        Explain and demonstrate the benefits of our services

·        Service our clients with superior service

·        Ability and desire to achieve goals

·        And have fun in process.
