Service Team Member

Store - ATL-MARIETTA, GA Responsibilities Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they’re looking for; ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards Assist with truck unload, merchandise duties, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes; complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery to keep the store well-merchandised and in stock Engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned Support shrink and safety programs Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements; execute Company policies and standards Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remain positive and respectful, promote the organization’s vision and values, and be a role model for other Team Members Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production Qualifications Retail and/or customer service experience preferred Ability to remain standing for long periods; move throughout the store; perform regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching; lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment Ability to work in a public retail store setting, with all associated climate conditions, and required to work nights, weekends and early mornings If accommodations are needed for essential functions, contact the supervisor to discuss reasonable accommodation options Work Environment & Physical Requirements Public retail store setting; climate-controlled public areas; some stock rooms may not be climate controlled; some outdoor work if assigned to retrieve shopping carts or during truck unloading Frame shop contains glass cutter and heat press (contextual to store operations) Work hours may include nights, weekends, and early mornings Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements of the job.
