Job Opportunity
Mercy Health Physicians, part of Bon Secours Mercy Health, is seeking a full-time Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join our established and growing Women's Health team at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is a prime opportunity to practice comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology in a mission-driven health system known for compassionate, quality care.
The incoming OB/GYN will:
- Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including deliveries, surgery, and outpatient care
- Deliver at Mercy Health Anderson Hospital, a facility with a Level II NICU and collaboration with the University of Cincinnati for MFM support.
- Work a MondayFriday schedule: 3 days of office hours, 2 days in surgery.
- Participate in a 1:6 shared call rotation.
- Partner and collaborate with certified nurse-midwives.
- Enjoy dedicated support: each physician has an MA or LPN, plus triage staff, a surgery scheduler, and administrative support.
- Serve the Cincinnati east-side community as part of a respected, patient-centered health system.
- Join a collegial and expanding women's health program with room for professional growth.
- New graduates are welcome with mentorship support; experienced physicians are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits: Offers employment package, with a willingness to discuss and align compensation. Candidates are encouraged to share their expected salary range.
