Bilingual Call Center Representative

Delivering exceptional customer service in a fully remote environment, the part-time Bilingual Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls in both English and French, troubleshoot customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, partners, and vendors while providing clear and empathetic communication Follow daily call center processes and manage operational workflows, including scheduling and task routing Accurately document call details and customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with company policies Required qualifications: 2+ years of call center or customer service experience Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote setting Quiet, dedicated home office or workspace free of distractions Experience in high-volume call center operations is preferred Virtual Vocations Inc
