As we target 4x growth over the next four years, you'll have unprecedented opportunities to take on new challenges, develop cutting-edge skills, and grow your career across our expanding global operations.Join our team of innovators and help shape the future of sustainable data centers while building a career without boundaries.This position will be onsite in Clarksville, AR (relocation assistance available)Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership & MonitoringServe as the senior technical resource during assigned shiftsMonitor and manage electrical, mechanical, and environmental systemsLead response to alarms, events, and abnormal conditionsConduct detailed facility walkthroughs and validate system performanceLead shift turnovers and status communicationsElectrical & Mechanical Systems ExecutionOperate and maintain UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS/STS, PDUs, and RPPsOperate and support chillers, cooling towers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, and valvesExecute system switching, load transfers, and isolations per approved proceduresIdentify system deficiencies and single points of failureMaintenance & Change ManagementLead preventive and corrective maintenance activitiesReview, validate, and execute MOPs, SOPs, and EOPsParticipate in change management and risk assessmentsOversee vendor activities and verify post-maintenance restorationSafety, Compliance & Risk ManagementEnforce LOTO, electrical safety, arc-flash, and PPE requirementsParticipate in incident investigations and root cause analysisDocumentation & ReportingMaintain and review operational logs and maintenance recordsContribute to procedures and technical documentationTraining, Mentorship & DevelopmentMentor junior technicians and new hiresSupport qualification programs and skill assessmentsRequired QualificationsHands-on MEP experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent5+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical operationsStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systemsAbility to read one-line diagrams and OEM documentationPreferred QualificationsData center specific experienceAssociate or bachelor's degree in technical fieldIndustry or OEM certificationsExperience with BMS, EPMS, DCIM, and CMMS platformsPrior leadership or acting-lead experienceCore CompetenciesSafety and risk management mindsetStrong technical judgment and leadership presenceClear communication and accountabilityContinuous improvement mindsetCompetitive hourly rate and bonus offeredThe listed salary range for this position is an estimate based on the competitive job market.
