Job Description
The Side Loader Operator is responsible for safely operating a 30,000lb capacity side loader to transport small and large metal materials throughout the facility. This role supports production by staging materials, loading machines, and ensuring efficient material flow in a fastpaced metal manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 30,000-lb capacity side loader to transport metal materials.
• Stage materials and load machines to support production.
• Ensure efficient material flow in the manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience operating a sit down forklift.
• Ability to use a tape measure accurately.
• Proficiency in operating a side loader.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Strong focus on safety practices.

Work Environment
This is a steel manufacturing facility where you will work around large pieces of steel, metal, copper, and brass. Safety is the top priority in this non-climate-controlled environment. The position operates on the first shift from 6am to 2:30pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Acworth, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
