Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembly TechnicianWe are a dynamic organization committed to excellence in the field of electro-mechanical systems. Our focus is on delivering innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

- Burlington, NC 27215 USA

Pay $20-$23/hr. DOE

Hours 730am-430pm Monday-Friday

1 hour lunch break with 2 15-minute breaks, 930am and 230pm

Roles and Responsibilities:
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in our production team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assembling electro-mechanical components with precision and attention to detail.
- Conducting tests and inspections to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.
- Documenting assembly processes and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.

Desired Skills:
We are looking for candidates who possess strong technical skills and a passion for excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with hand tools and assembly equipment.
