Senior Regional Product Manager

Senior Regional Product Manager – responsible for managing assigned product lines, driving market share and revenue for Belkin. Leads product mix decisions, evaluates additions or eliminations, and increases sales and profitability through channel sell‑through initiatives and marketing activities. Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, and other functional leads, requiring strong communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of the business across supply chain, design, sell‑in, merchandising, distribution, and consumer marketing. Execute selling and marketing activities to grow market share and revenue across multiple sales channels. Lead internal and external initiatives with cross‑functional teams to deliver on product pricing, positioning, placement, and sell‑through. Empower and guide the sales function to execute the vision and strategy in retail and commercial environments. Ensure achievement of sales and profitability goals for assigned categories. Coach, mentor, and manage a team of product managers for on‑time, on‑scope project execution and NPI KPIs. Maintain weekly cadence and communication with regional/channel teams for product launch support and alignment. Conduct business reviews, lead PM summits, and support regional sales line reviews to ensure initiatives are executed. Collaborate with marketing to develop, communicate, and execute go‑to‑market strategies, product launches, and messaging. Own the Americas Region P&L and Balance Sheet, meeting and exceeding budget and inventory metrics. Prepare major customer meeting deliverables, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Education and Experience Requirements Four‑year college degree in Business Administration or Marketing; MBA preferred. 7+ years of experience launching consumer products in CPG or consumer electronics. Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing product managers. Domestic and international travel may be required. Work Model Hybrid schedule: work from home with 2–3 days in the El Segundo office per week. Location and Compensation El Segundo, California.
