McArthur's Server Assistant (Full -Time) - Arizona Biltmore

Responsibilities Set and prepare tables for dining, including folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc. Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair. Stock, maintain and clean designated food stations. Assist Server with table service, including serving beverages, breads, etc. Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area. Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Follow all policies and procedures of the hotel and department. Complete all sidework and assist with other duties as assigned by management. Full‑time position; must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays. Qualifications Prior food and beverage experience, preferred. Prior customer service experience, preferred. Prior luxury / upscale dining experience, preferred. Maricopa Food Handlers Card.
