Apex Systems has an immediate need for multiple IT Support / Help Desk Specialists in Malvern, PA! This will be an "est. 12 Month Contract" opportunity, supporting one of our largest healthcare clients across the East Coast. Please see below for all position details and how to apply.

Job Title: IT Support / Help Desk Specialist

Location: Malvern, Pennsylvania

Contract Layout: est. "12 Month Contract"

Contract Pay Rate: $23.00 - $29.00 / Hourly Rate on W-2

Requirements:

• Able/Eligible to work on W-2 without sponsorship
• 3+ months of overall/combined relevant education and/or work experience

Job Description:

We want Apple Store-level customer experience. Willing to train up candidates.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, endpoint devices, and enterprise applications.
• Respond to incidents, problems, and escalations from support teams.
• Manage tickets through incident/problem management platforms.
• Support provisioning activities including laptops, mobile devices, and access requests.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Assist with ServiceNow knowledge management.
• Build reports and identify operational trends.
• Support incident response, outage events, and infrastructure-related activities.
• Provide in-person, chat, and phone-based end-user support.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
