Position Summary Perfect Zero is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support customers throughout the sales and service process. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer support, answering product-related questions, processing orders, and helping ensure high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a working knowledge of firearms and related products. This position works closely with internal teams to support smooth daily operations and maintain professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely mannerAssist customers with product information, order updates, troubleshooting, and general supportProvide knowledgeable guidance regarding firearms, components, accessories, and related products Order Processing & Coordination Process customer orders accurately and efficientlyCoordinate with internal departments regarding order status, shipping, and production timelinesMaintain accurate customer records and communication history Product Knowledge Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products and servicesClearly explain product features, compatibility, and usage to customersAssist customers in identifying solutions that best fit their needs Issue Resolution Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficientlyEscalate complex issues when necessary while maintaining strong customer communicationSupport warranty or return-related processes as needed Qualifications Required: Working knowledge of firearms and firearm-related productsPrevious customer service experienceFamiliarity with order entry, CRM, or ERP systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational abilityProfessional demeanor and strong problem-solving skills Key Competencies Strong customer-first mindsetReliable and team-orientedAbility to communicate technical information clearlyOrganized and detail-drivenPositive attitude with strong follow-through Schedule & Benefits Full-time, on-site positionMonday through Friday schedule (hours to be discussed during interview process) Compensation $26-$30 per hour DOE Benefits Include: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off & Sick TimeAccess to company gym and wellness resources
