Career Strategies is currently seeking experienced Leasing Consultants for apartment communities throughout the Jacksonville area. If you have a background in apartment leasing, property management and strong customer service and sales, we want to connect with you! 

This is a great opportunity to work with established property management companies while growing your career in the multifamily housing industry. 

Responsibilities 

• Greet and assist prospective residents both in person and over the phone 
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community features and amenities 
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases 
• Process rental applications and assist with lease paperwork 
• Maintain strong customer service with current residents 
• Support marketing and outreach efforts to maintain occupancy 
• Work closely with property management and maintenance teams 

Requirements 

• Previous apartment leasing experience Required 
• Strong customer service and sales skills 
• Professional communication and presentation skills 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing office environment 
• Basic computer skills (property management software experience is a plus) 
• Reliable and dependable work ethic
