Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description

HMD seeks experienced OTR solo CDL-A dry van drivers to transport freight nationwide from Gary, IN (46408). Compensation starts at 65 CPM, with weekly averages near 2,500 miles plus bonuses for safety, clean inspections, and referrals. Drivers operate late-model trucks (under three years) fitted with APUs, inverters and sleepers and benefit from reliable in-house maintenance. Home time is provided every two weeks, and full benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k).

What you’ll do:

• Deliver dry van freight on long-haul and regional OTR lanes.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Valid CDL-A and at least 12 months verifiable experience.
