Automation Developer
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a growing team, the remote Automation Developer will design, develop, and maintain travel software and workflows that transform manual processes into efficient, automated systems. Key responsibilities: Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and design custom end-to-end technical workflows Collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve client inquiries and provide consultative guidance on product functionality Maintain accurate documentation for all travel technology-related processes and ensure applications remain current with vendor releases and patches Required qualifications: Two or more years of experience in the travel industry Expertise in at least one Global Distribution System (GDS) Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C# Solid understanding of JSON, XML, web services, and SQL databases Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
