Now, we’re looking for a driven, organized, and hands‑on Operations Manager to help us take our growing business to the next level. Job Summary: As the Operations Manager , you’ll be the backbone of our day‑to‑day operations, ensuring projects run smoothly, teams stay productive, and our standards of excellence never slip. You’ll oversee multiple job sites, manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, and keep customers smiling — all while keeping efficiency, safety, and quality front and center. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple project sites Manage schedules, staff assignments, and resource allocation Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards Monitor project timelines and budgets, identifying and resolving issues Train, mentor, and support team leads and field staff Track and report on operational performance and project progress Implement processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Handle operational problem‑solving with confidence and professionalism Qualifications: Proven experience in operations management, construction, landscaping, or related field Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines under pressure Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Proficient with project management tools and scheduling software Knowledge of landscaping, pool building, or outdoor construction is a plus Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites Why Join The Pros, Inc.?
