INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE – CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS

This isn't a traditional call-center job.

You're the link between the homeowner who needs help and the electrician who can provide it.

Mister Sparky of South Texas is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative (ISR) who can listen to customers, understand their electrical concerns, educate them on their options, and connect them with the right service solution.

If you can build trust over the phone, ask the right questions, communicate clearly, and turn a customer concern into a scheduled service opportunity, this role gives you the opportunity to earn more based on your performance.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

CUSTOMER CONNECTION

You'll be one of the first people a customer interacts with when they need electrical help.

• 
  Answer inbound calls from homeowners
• Listen carefully to understand the customer's concern
• Ask questions to identify the customer's needs
• Gather accurate information about the electrical issue
• Educate customers about potential electrical concerns
• Explain why certain electrical issues may require professional attention
• Recommend the appropriate next step
• Schedule qualified service opportunities for our electricians
• Set clear expectations for the customer's appointment
• Provide a professional experience from the first conversation
  
  

INBOUND SALES & REVENUE

This isn't about convincing someone to buy something they don't need.

It's about helping a customer understand what they need and connecting them with the professional who can help.

You'll have opportunities to:

  Convert inbound calls into qualified service appointments

YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AN ELECTRICIAN

You will receive training on our services, processes, systems, and basic electrical concepts.

You don't need to diagnose electrical problems yourself.

That's what our electricians do.

You need to understand enough to have an intelligent conversation with the homeowner, ask the right questions, and explain why getting a qualified electrician involved may be the appropriate next step.

Think of yourself as the bridge between the customer and the electrical expert.

THIS IS NOT A HIGH-PRESSURE SALES JOB

We don't want you pressuring customers into work they don't need.

You're not a pushy salesperson. You're the expert's connection to the customer.

Your role is to:

Understand what's happening.

Educate the customer.

Explain why it matters.

Recommend the appropriate next step.

Connect the customer with the right electrician.

The goal is to help homeowners make informed decisions about the electrical safety and functionality of their homes.

WORK WITH THE FIELD TEAM

Your success depends on your ability to work well with our electricians and operations team.

You'll help create a smooth transition from the customer's first phone call to the technician's arrival.
