Commercial HVAC Service Technician - VRV/VRF Specialist5 Star CharlestonCharleston, SC Area$35 - $50 per hour + Opportunity to Earn Six Figures Company Vehicle or Auto Allowance • Immediate PTO AccrualAre you an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician who specializes in VRV/VRF systems and wants a company that values your expertise, pays you well, and gives you the tools and support to succeed?5 Star Charleston is hiring a Commercial HVAC Service Technician (VRV/VRF Specialist) who is ready to work on high-end systems, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional service to commercial clients.What You'll Earn$35.00 - $50.00 per hour, based on experienceStrong earning potential - top performers reach six figuresHealth insurance (with expense share)Company vehicle or auto allowanceImmediate sick and vacation pay accrual7 Paid HolidaysUniforms providedCommission based on company profitabilitySchedule Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weeknights and weekends for on-call rotation)What You'll DoInstall, maintain, and repair VRV/VRF systemsTroubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues quickly and accuratelyPerform routine preventative maintenance on DX equipment, pumps, cooling towers, boilers, and refrigeration systemsDiagnose problems, recommend solutions, and make repair vs. replace decisionsRead wiring diagrams, perform air balancing, and ensure systems run efficientlyCommunicate clearly with clients, general contractors, and your teamRotate on-call duties for emergency service callsWhat You NeedStrong experience with VRV Daikin or VRF systemsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsSolid troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitudeType II or Universal EPA CertificationKnowledge of air balancing principles and techniquesWillingness to accept responsibility and leadership rolesValid driver's license with insurable driving recordIf you're a skilled commercial HVAC technician who takes pride in your work, enjoys solving challenging problems, and wants a company that rewards your expertise with great pay and benefits, 5 Star Charleston is the place for you.Apply today - we're ready to talk with motivated technicians who want to grow with us.No phone calls or office visits please.
