The successful candidate will be tasked with strengthening the company's go-to-market strategy, leading the acquisition and integration of new businesses, and developing a high-performing leadership team. The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a strong commercial background, ideally in distribution, manufacturing, or multi-site services, and a proven track record in P&L management, sales, strategy, and business development. While experience in private equity is not mandatory, a solid background in M&A, particularly in integration, is preferred. The ideal CEO for the company will have a tenure of 15-25+ years, with a history of progressive career success, and will be expected to honor the company's legacy while driving it into the future. The role is pivotal in executing the company's investment thesis, which focuses on both organic and inorganic methods to achieve significant growth. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of establishing enterprise-level clarity on priority end markets and executing expansion strategies. A strong commercial leader, either in a top position within a $100mm-250mm revenue multi-site services company or as a number two commercial leader in a larger enterprise, is the target profile.
