Product Owner I

Position Title: Product Owner

Location -Remote

Roles and Responsibilities: The main function of a product owner is to maximize the value of products created by the scrum development team. A typical product owner will streamline the lifecycle of the product through managing the product backlog. - Analyze and breakdown market problems into prioritized, deliverable stories - Manage multiple features at once and ensure work gets delivered in prioritized order. - Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities. - Work closely with development teams to deliver stories that add customer value at a regular cadence. - Be involved with all phases of development (analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment). - Ensure product quality expectations are defined and known across the team. Vendor engagement.

Must Have Technical Skills: Years of experience: 0-3 yrs of experience (prev bus analyst experience a plus.) - Empower

Flex Skills/Nice to Have: - Prev bus analyst experience a plus - Azure Dev Ops - Confluence - Excel

Soft Skills: - Written and Verbal Communication - Ability to run meetings - Speak comfortably in front of larger audiences - Data Analytics (identify trends)

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's or equivalent experience
