Pay: $17.00 per hour

Location: St. George, UT

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8 AM-4:30 PM

About the Role

We're seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you'll assist customers, schedule health screenings, answer questions, and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to schedule health screenings
* Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
* Maintain and update customer records
* Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
* Work closely with team members to support daily operations
* Follow company policies and compliance requirements
* Handle a high volume of calls professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

* Previous customer service, call center, scheduling, or healthcare experience preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone throughout the day
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Team-oriented with a positive attitude
* Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
