Contract Duration: 12+ Months Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, QA Analyst, or similar Agile role. Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning activities. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Experience coordinating testing or User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. This individual will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, development teams, and testing teams by gathering requirements, analyzing defects, writing user stories, coordinating testing efforts, and supporting product delivery. Product & Requirements Analysis Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct research on enhancement requests, production issues, and business processes. Translate business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements. Analyze defects and identify root causes to support resolution efforts.Review existing workflows and recommend process improvements. Agile Product Support Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritization activities. Create and maintain user stories within Agile management tools. Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by development and QA teams. Assist with release planning and product roadmap initiatives. Test Coordination Coordinate testing activities across business and technical teams. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution. Validate that delivered functionality aligns with business requirements and acceptance criteria. Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution. Facilitate communication between testers, developers, and business stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams. Communicate requirements, priorities, risks, and project updates effectively.
