Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active Wisconsin Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Client requirement: ability to manage caseloads in a SNF setting and provide skilled physical therapy services per facility documentation and regulatory standards. Preferred: experience with 5x8 schedules and documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days.
