HRIS Analyst

Job Title Technical & Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management. Experience with ADP products, integrations, and vendor coordination. Familiarity with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, ADP Reporting, or SQL-based reporting. Solid understanding of HR, Payroll, and compliance processes in an enterprise environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
