Make a meaningful difference supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. Work with a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students, spanning Kindergarten through 12th grade, and help them achieve communication milestones in an empowering educational environment.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state licensure as an SLP; Clinical Fellowship candidates (CFY) encouraged to apply
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Prior experience with K-12 populations strongly desired
• Background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy beneficial
• Experience with teletherapy platforms welcomed
• SLPA experience in school and healthcare settings is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and provide speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 50 students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support student growth
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and document outcomes per school guidelines
• Maintain clear communication with caregivers and staff, advocating for students’ needs
