Get away to relax, visit family or see the World!What you will be doing:In this role you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel, troubleshooting issues to determine necessary repairs, performing routine maintenance and preventative maintenance programs, and assisting with housekeeping duties as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining the building exterior and responding to work orders and service calls to guest rooms in a timely manner.Requirements to be successful in this role:Prior maintenance experience in a luxury hotel environment is ideal, but willing to train the right hospitality professional looking to grow their career. We are dedicated to thoroughly training & developing our team into hotel leaders through interactive teamwork in a positive work environment!Brand experience is idealFamiliar with basic HVAC, plumbing, drywall PTAC units and electrical systemsKnowledge of fire protection and life safety systems is also a plusExcellent English communication skills and able to read, write and speak fluentlyMust be able to lift and move objects 50 lbs up to100 lbsSchedule flexibility including weekends, and holidaysWork independentlyStrong work ethicIn compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form (Form I-9) upon hire.
