Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies for food and beverage ingredient solutions.
- Partner with commercial teams to support key customer initiatives, Innovation Days, and customer presentations.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop compelling value propositions, marketing materials, presentations, and campaign content.
- Support commercialization of new product innovations in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives across the Americas.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Technical, Regulatory, and Communications teams to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior marketing role within the food & beverage or ingredient industry .
- Experience marketing natural, functional, or specialty food ingredients is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the food & beverage market and customer needs.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience supporting commercial teams and customer-facing marketing initiatives.
