IT Manager

Infrastructure Manager | Permanent | No Sponsorship Available

CFS is supporting a great client in the manufacturing space as they look to grow their IT Team. This role will be pivotal in modernizing their infrastructure and driving change through the organization.

Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 + Bonus

PTO: Up to 15 days starting

Retirement: 401(k) w/ Match

Medical: Individual and family plans available

Other: Hybrid schedule, travel needed

Lead the strategy and daily operations for network, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure

Manage a team of infrastructure engineers and administrators

Maintain the performance, security, and availability of on-prem and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization)

Ensure disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity plans are tested and up to date

Partner with cybersecurity and application teams, evaluate new technologies, and manage vendor relationships and budget

5+ years in IT infrastructure, including 2+ years in a management or technical lead role

Experience with enterprise networking, virtualization, Windows Server/Active Directory, and hybrid cloud (Azure/M365)

Experience supporting multi-site or manufacturing environments with uptime-critical systems
