Shift Leader Responsibilities:

Oversee all Restaurant activities while on duty
Collaborate with the Management Team to support the Restaurant's business plan
Ensure all team members meet job responsibilities and expectations

Shift Leader Job Expectations:

Perform Leadership, Management, and Organizational tasks
Supervise teammates and monitor performances
Ensure compliance with company and safety policies
Delegate tasks effectively
