Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehabilitation Location: UCHealth Printers Park Medical Plaza, Colorado Springs, CO Department: Outpatient Rehabilitation Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 per hour (dependent on experience) Onsite role; no hybrid or remote option. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider with a valid CPR card for professional rescuer (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) valid at least 60 days after hire. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. Provide patient education and instruct patients and their families to empower them in the recovery process and promote long-term well‑being. Support a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes. Precept new team members and contribute to a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.
