Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical school, vocational training, or industrial maintenance certification preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Experience with quality control processes preferred.
• Mechanical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with measuring equipment, autoclaves, or sandblasting is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery.
• Perform production operations according to drawings, prints, and documented procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Use hand tools and equipment such as utility knives, sandblasters, and speed lathes.
• Complete daily production logs and documentation.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance checks.
• Maintain compliance with quality systems and procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Model safe work practices at all times.

Physical Capabilities:

• Stand and work on your feet for the entire shift.
• Frequently bend, squat, walk, reach, and handle materials.
• Lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly.
• Perform repetitive tasks requiring strong manual dexterity.
• Available to work overtime as needed.
