Location: Tucson, AZ

Shift: 8am-5pm

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing and production equipment.
- Prepare materials and components for production runs.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain accurate production documentation.
- Assist with machine setup, cleaning, and preventative maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and communicate larger concerns.
- Follow safety, quality, and GMP procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals and customer deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Manufacturing, production, printing, packaging, or machine operation experience is a plus—but we’re willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Dependable with excellent attendance.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
