IT Business Analyst

Overview A role for an IT Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive successful technology solutions. In this role you will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment and contributing to the company's mission of providing solutions that help clients feel confident and secure about their future. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment across all parties. Analyze data sets and reports to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for business improvement. Lead structured requirements gathering efforts using interviews, workshops, and analysis techniques to clearly define business needs and objectives. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives) to maintain alignment and clarity. Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and technical standards. Demonstrate a growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications Proven experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery environments. Working knowledge of data analysis concepts and tools. Strong ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. 5 years of experience in business analysis, IT delivery, or related fields.
