Responsibilities


- Analyze user requirements and operational procedures to identify opportunities for system enhancements and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business needs, input/output requirements, and process flows
- Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support solution recommendations
- Prepare detailed user stories, functional specifications, and process documentation for system development or modification
- Review and assess system capabilities, technical specifications, and scheduling constraints to ensure feasibility of requested changes
- Assist in scheduling, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting systems and programs to ensure seamless deployment


Required Skills and Experience


- 2+ years of direct experience analyzing user requirements and business procedures
- Proven ability to document user needs, system functions, and development steps clearly
- Experience reviewing system specifications and identifying technical limitations
- Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in scheduling, testing, installing, and supporting computer systems
- Familiarity with standard systems analysis concepts and methodologies


Preferred Skills


- Exposure to process automation projects
- Experience with cost/benefit analysis tools or techniques
- Prior experience in a structured or regulated business environment
