Sr HR Manager

Senior HR Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific providing strategic human resources leadership to the Global MSD Commercial team. The role focuses on translating business strategy into HR solutions across talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute people strategies supporting business priorities and long-term growth objectives
Advise and coach leaders on organizational, talent, performance, and employee relations matters
Lead organizational transformation initiatives including change management and capability building
Build leadership pipelines through talent planning, succession planning, and retention strategies
Use workforce data and analytics to identify trends and strengthen business performance

Requirements

Advanced degree plus 6 years HR experience, or bachelor's degree plus 8 years progressive HR experience
Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into actionable HR solutions
Experience leading organizational change, talent management, performance management, and employee relations
Advanced analytical skills with ability to derive insights from HR data and HR systems proficiency
Excellent consulting, influencing, and relationship-building capabilities across organizational levels
PHR/SPHR certification desirable; knowledge of employment laws and ability to travel 10-25%
