This is a great opportunity to work with one of the top commercial banking lenders in the U.S. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com. #commercialbankingIn this role, you will:Lead complex initiatives for researching financial and credit information for larger and more complex commercial or business loan and lease requestsAssist in structuring and approval of loan or leases within delegated authority and recommend transactions in excess of credit authorityReview and research financial and credit information for larger and complex loans and lease requests that require in-depth evaluationMake decisions in complex and multifaceted situations requiring exceptional understanding of the Equipment Finance Underwriting functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to achieve business objectivesMentor or review analysis of less experienced individualsLead projects and approve transactions in excess of their credit authorityRequired Qualifications, US:5+ years of Equipment Finance Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Strong cash flow analysis skillsFamiliarity with various collateral typesDocument negotiation skillsFinancial Analysis experienceExperienced and proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience working across multiple industries in an underwriting capacity (i.e. construction, transportation, industrial, manufacturing)Experience working on transactions >$10MMStrong communication skills with experience presenting to Senior Leadership and communicating with external clientsJob Expectations:Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeAbility to work a hybrid work scheduleThis position does not support Visa SponsorshipSpecific compliance policies may apply regarding outside activities or personal investing; affected employees will be expected to provide information to the Wells Fargo Personal Account Dealing Team and abide by applicable policy requirements if hired.
