Maine state licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Masters Social Worker - Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Conditional (LCPC-c), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist - Conditional (LMFT-c) is required We are seeking a licensed clinician to join our pediatric clinic within a dynamic teaching hospital environment. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to deliver developmentally informed, evidence-based psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and their families while working alongside an integrated, interdisciplinary team of medical and behavioral health professionals. Summary The role of Behavioral Health Clinician III, working under an independent license, involves providing comprehensive care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. The key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct care through individual, group, and family therapy sessions. The Behavioral Health Clinician III will have specialized skills in three out of nine advanced skills domains, such as Teaching, Quality & Process Improvement, Research, and Supervision/Mentoring. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Addiction Treatment, or related field from an institution accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) or the Council for the Accreditation of Counseling and Related Education Programs (CACREP) or the National Addiction Studies Accreditation Commission (NASAC). License/Certifications: Licensed LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT from the respective licensing board of the State of Maine Office of Professional and Occupational Regulation (OPOR) Experience: At least three years of behavioral health experience as an independently licensed clinician. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $77,147.20 to $104,353.60 per year. Compensation for part‑time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full‑time equivalent (FTE).
