Sales Account Executive Fixed-term contract: May 1, 2026 â November 30, 2026 Location: New York City Work model: Hybrid / remote-flex, with regular in-person meetings in NYC and full on-site presence during event week Compensation: Base salary + commission About Rétromobile New York Rétromobile is one of the worldâs leading collector car events. Following the long-standing success of Rétromobile Paris, the inaugural U.S. edition will launch in New York City in November 2026. Blending automotive culture, luxury, design, commerce, and live experiences, Rétromobile New York is set to become a major new destination for collectors, enthusiasts, brands, and industry leaders. About the role Rétromobile New York is seeking a Sales Account Executive to support exhibitor and partner sales for the inaugural 2026 edition. This is a junior-to-intermediate commercial role for someone who is both polished and hungry: able to prospect, pitch, follow up, and close, while also maintaining strong CRM discipline and sales organization. The role will include active outreach to potential exhibitors and partners, pitching booth opportunities and participation packages, supporting proposals and negotiations, and helping convert leads into signed business. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded candidate who wants direct exposure to a premium international launch in the worlds of collector cars, luxury, culture, and live events. Key responsibilities Prospect and outreach to potential exhibitors, sponsors, and commercial partners Pitch Rétromobile New York to prospective clients and actively sell booth space and participation opportunities Build and manage relationships with exhibitors throughout the sales cycle Conduct follow-up calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients Help prepare proposals, sales materials, prospect lists, and meeting recaps Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including contacts, companies, deal stages, notes, and next steps Support pipeline management, reporting, and sales forecasting Coordinate internally on floorplan availability, inventory updates, and client needs Assist with contract follow-up, deposit reminders, and general sales administration Represent the event at industry meetings and during event week as needed Profile 1â3 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, partnerships, or commercial coordination Comfortable pitching, presenting, and selling Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized, persistent, and results-oriented Experience with CRM tools; HubSpot strongly preferred Interest in automotive, automobilia, luxury, events, or collector communities is a plus Existing industry connections are a plus, but not required Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup-style environment Must be authorized to work in the U.S. #J-18808-Ljbffr
