Immediate Starts! Onboarding Thursday, June 25th.

Join a first-shift production team turning small abrasive components into perfectly finished parts that meet exacting specs. You’ll run finishing machines, set up small-part work, and help ensure every piece meets size, shape, and finish requirements.

Role Snapshot

Location: South Holland, IL
Pay: $16.00 per hour (base)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
Assignment Type: Temp to hire

Day in the Life

Set up and operate small-parts finishing equipment and molding setups to meet precise manufacturing specifications.
Measure routinely to confirm part dimensions and finishes remain within tolerance.
Monitor quality continuously, adjusting as needed to maintain consistency.
Keep production moving at a steady pace while recording totals and following work orders.
Adhere to safety and quality procedures throughout every task.

What You Bring

Comfort using measuring tools and reading basic specs.
Keen eye for detail and quality control.
Ability to perform consistent, repetitive tasks in a production setting.
Solid hand–eye coordination.
Motivation to excel in a performance-based (piecework) pay environment.
