Retail Food Operations Assistant
Assist Retail Food operations by providing exceptional customer service and processing customer sales through our POS systems. This is a student Level A position paying $14.50 per hour. Core Responsibilities
- Accurately process food and beverage sales using cash registers, scanners, or wireless equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout our campus locations.
- Work closely with student cashiers throughout the academic year. This will require training others on our POS machines and enforcing all cashier policies and procedures
- Assists in food production work including food prep and grab and go production. This will require proper use of kitchen equipment.
- Ensure the highest standards in sanitary FOH procedures, condiment, coffee stations, tables, floors and trash storage are clean and always maintained.
- Always Cleaning work areas, including counters, floors, dishes, and related equipment and ensures they are in proper sanitary condition.
- Observe proper food storage and handling procedures to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Ensure that food and beverages are properly and safely served. Some locations will require Serve safe certification.
