EXPERIENCED Anodize Production Manager - 1st shift

Springfield, MA metal finishing company has a first shift position available for an Experienced Anodize Production Manager. Experience with anodize, hardcoat and chemical film is required, as well as management experience.

Candidates must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment and random drug and alcohol tests. This includes marijuana.

Full time position - extended hours may be required based on production needs. Normal work hours are 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday and alternating Saturdays (depending on production requirements) from 6:00am - 11:00am. Pay rate is commesurate with experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a management position
• Minimum 2 years experience required working with: anodize, hardcoat and chemical film.
• Ability to teach and train others as required
• Experience supervising and coordinating the activities of hourly workers
• Must have good written and verbal communcation skills
• Must be reliable, have excellent attendance and be production focused

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor workflow and assign duties to employees
• Performance review of employees
• employee training
• Completion of daily checklist
• Perform all tasks in a manner consistent with company regulations
• Assist employees in adhering to set work procedures
• Perform all other duties and functions as assigned
