Springfield, Massachusetts metal finishing company has 1st shift positions available for EXPERIENCED anodize and/or hardcoat line operators. Qualified candidates must have excellent punctuality and attendance, and the ability to pass pre-employment and random DOT/FAA drug and alcohol testing, which includes marijuana.
Requirements:
- minimum 1 year of anodize or hardcoat experience
- excellent attendance and punctuality
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to read, write, and understand English
- good math skills and ability to calculate figures
- ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
Responsibilities and duties:
- completion of daily job list
- perform all tasks in a manner consistent with company regulations
- maintain a clean, organized work area
- perform all other duties and functions as assigned
