Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machining centers. Performs machine adjustments and troubleshoots controllers, machines, and processes.
- Proficient in use of CNC lathe machines (C and Y axis), using jaws of various sizes Collets (16C and 5C). Ideally experienced with running Okuma and FANUC controls, but not required.
- Works from blueprint requirements. Select Tools, Set Feeds, and Speeds.
- Run multiple machines when cycle time reasonable permits while maintaining a high level of quality.
- Perform inspection of machined parts using precision hand tools.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
- Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools, Equipment, Machines, etc.) Reorders tools as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma / GED
- 2-3 years Experience in CNC Lathe Setup and Operations
Required Citizenship / Work Permit / Visa Status US Citizen

- Stable employment history and no short-term stints with at least 5 years of tenure at each company, No job hoppers, and no contractors.
