Customer Experience Consultant

To support customer mobility journeys, the temporary, remote Customer Experience & Operations Consultant will serve as the primary point of coordination for clients, proactively engaging with customers, enhancing their experience, and providing guidance on services throughout their relocation process. Key responsibilities Engage with customers through proactive communication, advising them on services and policies while monitoring their mobility journey Utilize digital tools to ensure accurate information is conveyed, while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to meet customer needs Maintain data integrity and meet key experience metrics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and timely service delivery Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; university/college degree preferred At least 1 year of experience in a customer experience or business operations role Fluency in English; additional languages are highly desired Experience with multiple technology platforms and a comfort with digital tools Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively in team environments
