Project Administrator

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Health Administrator to support the Health Services department within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for coordinating employee health-related administrative functions, scheduling medical appointments, maintaining records, and supporting compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and experience working with electronic health data management systems. Responsibilities Schedule employee ongoing physical examinations using the Occupational Health Management (OHM) systems Coordinate and communicate physical appointment schedules with employees and department leaders Process and maintain FMLA and Disability Benefit leave coding within the Workforce Management System Verify employee medical clearances through eLearning platforms Assist with various Health Services administrative projects and reporting Maintain accurate and confidential employee health records Provide general administrative support to the Health Services team Maintain and track medical parking permit plaques Process employee gym access requests Monitor and document vaccine refrigerator temperature logs Qualifications 3-5 years of administrative, health services, HR or office support experience Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Essential Functions Must be able to pass Background and Drug Test in accordance with company policies Professional references U.S. Work Authorization #J-18808-Ljbffr
