Journeyman Electrician Project Supervisor

Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrician Project Supervisor for commercial electrical project leadership and field coordination work in the Charles Town, West Virginia area. Pay: $60-$65/hour, based on experience Location: Charles Town, WV Schedule: Full-time project work; schedule and overtime may vary by project needs Type: Contract Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate electrical work while supporting crews, project leadership, and site stakeholders Review electrical drawings, one-lines, schedules, specifications, changes, and project documentation Help plan manpower, materials, sequencing, quality, safety, and daily/weekly priorities Track progress, communicate field issues, and help keep the project organized and moving safely Support code-compliant installations, professional jobsite standards, and project follow-through Assist with punch lists, RFIs, closeout needs, and documentation when required Requirements Journeyman-level electrical background with strong commercial project experience Electrical foreman, supervisor, project lead, superintendent, assistant PM, or PM experience preferred Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, schedules, one-lines, and project documents Strong communication, field coordination, organization, and problem-solving ability Knowledge of NEC standards, safety practices, and quality electrical installation expectations Reliable transportation to the Charles Town/Winchester regional project areaMust be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements Why this role Strong $60-$65/hour pay range for qualified electrical supervisors/project leaders Commercial electrical leadership opportunity in the regional market Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Opportunity to support meaningful project work and future skilled-trades placements #J-18808-Ljbffr Rinvio
