Customer Support Representative (Part-Time)

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with Spectrum’s Community Solutions products and services. Key Responsibilities Include Resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to Video, Internet, and Streaming using diagnostic tools Managing account activation, maintenance, and billing concerns via phone support Recommending upgrades and tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction Processing orders and updating accounts within management systems Handling escalations and coordinating field visits for complex problems Contributing ideas to improve customer experience and build long‑term relationships Achieving sales activity goals and staying informed about Spectrum products Qualifications Include High school diploma or equivalent Customer service and sales or retention experience Proficiency in English, troubleshooting Spectrum products, billing systems, and software such as Microsoft Office Strong communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and customer service skills Positive phone demeanor and attention to detail Preferred experience: Over 1 year in cable operations or telecommunications call centers. #J-18808-Ljbffr RG&T Solutions
