Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) performs cardio-pulmonary evaluation, respiratory care, life support, and education of the patient, family, and public. Works with inpatients and outpatients of all ages with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system following established protocols or the prescription of a physician. Can perform respiratory care duties in all areas of the hospital. Labor and delivery/neonatal resuscitation experience is required. Critical care proficiency is required. Profile must include work history, skills checklist current to one year, and a supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment. License and certifications must be uploaded with the profile. Permanent address must be included in the profile and should match the driver's license or state ID.
