Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each student's mental health challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Provide individual therapy, family counseling, and group interventions using evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans complete with measurable goals and interventions tailored to each student’s needs.

• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care and treatment continuity.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes to teach coping strategies, emotional regulation, and social skills.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when critical situations arise.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all client interactions and therapeutic interventions in compliance with ethical and legal requirements.
